Separate the wafers from the filling of one cookie and crush the wafers. Set aside.

In a blender, add ice, the milk, the Oreo cookies and the vanilla extract. Blend and pour into a glass.

Top with whipped cream from a can and sprinkle with the crushed cookie wafers.
