Hot Chocolate
Cold day? You can't go without this hot chocolate — nice and thick and sweet, just the way we all like it!

Step by step

In a pot, grate all the chocolate or chop it into very small pieces.

Add the cocoa powder, the brown sugar and a splash of milk.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Once it comes to a boil, add the rest of the milk and keep cooking until it boils again.

Add the cornstarch dissolved in milk while whisking vigorously. Cook for a few more minutes and then serve in a cup.

Top with marshmallows and grated chocolate. (Optional)
