Dulce de Leche Bonbons
Did you think you needed lots of special tools to make bonbons? Not at all! I'm going to show you how to make them with nothing but paper liners — the same ones used for muffins, only smaller.
Ingredients
Check off what you already have.
Step by step
- 1
Transfer the dulce de leche to a piping bag fitted with a tip. Set aside.

- 2
Fill the metallic liners with melted chocolate coating, let it cool for a few minutes and then pour the chocolate back into the bowl. This will leave you with hollow chocolate shells.

- 3
Fill them with dulce de leche or with any filling you prefer.
