Nutella Truffles
If you like Nutella, you're going to love this recipe for Nutella balls — similar to chocolate ganache, but with a touch of Nutella that tastes incredible.

In a bowl, add the cream and the butter, and microwave for 1 or 2 minutes until it boils.

Add the chocolate cut into small pieces, let it sit for a minute so it starts melting on its own, then whisk to fully incorporate it. You may need to microwave it again for a few seconds.

Add the Nutella and mix it in.

Let it rest for one hour at room temperature, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a plate.

Coat them with cocoa powder and keep them in the refrigerator.
