Quick and Easy Brigadeiros
Chocolate and condensed milk balls you can decorate a thousand ways. A recipe that's perfect for birthdays, celebrations or simply to treat yourself.

In a skillet, add the condensed milk, the butter and the cocoa powder. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly. When it boils, lower the heat to minimum and continue cooking until it reaches a good consistency.

Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap pressed against the surface and let it rest at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for 8 more hours.

Take it out of the refrigerator, roll the mixture into little balls and place them on a plate.

Decorate by coating them with whatever you like best and keep in the refrigerator until ready to eat. I recommend taking them out 2 hours before eating so they're softer.
