Marzipan

In a bowl, add the almond flour and the powdered sugar. Mix.

Add half an egg — to do this, crack it into a bowl, whisk it, and add only half. Mix in well.

Turn out onto the counter and finish bringing it together with your hands; you may need to add more egg or more of the flour-sugar mixture, as needed.

Shape as desired and place the pieces on a baking sheet.

Brush with egg so they come out shiny. (Optional)

Bake at your oven's maximum temperature for 2 to 3 minutes.
