This ice cream is made without a machine, and believe it or not it turns out just like the artisanal kind — with only 2 or 3 ingredients.

In a bowl, add the very cold cream and whip until it thickens.

Add the condensed milk and whip again. Transfer half of the mixture to another bowl.

In one of the bowls, add the chocolate powder and mix until combined.

Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
