Quick and Easy Rice Pudding
A really sweet recipe that turns out spectacular seasoned with cinnamon. Boil the milk with lemon and orange peel so it takes on an incredible flavor, and by the time the dessert is done you'll be eating it all by the spoonful.

In a pot, add the milk, the rice, the cinnamon, the lemon peel and the orange peel. Cook over high heat until it comes to a boil, stirring the whole time.

Once it boils, lower to low-medium heat and continue cooking for about 40 minutes, without forgetting to stir.

Remove the lemon and orange peels, add the sugar and the butter, mix everything well and serve.

Garnish with cinnamon, raisins or nuts. (optional)
