Nutella Flan
A flan with the most delicious ingredient there is — Nutella! Topped with chopped almonds or walnuts to make the texture even more interesting.

Add a bit of the milk from the recipe to a bowl with the cornstarch and dissolve it. Set aside.

In a pot over high heat, add the remaining milk and the sugar, and stir until it comes to a boil.

Add the cocoa powder and whisk until fully incorporated.

Pour the dissolved cornstarch into the mixture, stirring it beforehand, and keep mixing the whole time while adding it.

Stir the Nutella into the mixture and pour into serving glasses.

Let it rest for one hour at room temperature and then store it in the refrigerator.

Top with chopped almonds. (Optional)
