In a pot, add the milk, the cream, the condensed milk and the cornstarch. Dissolve the cornstarch well before continuing.

Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil, then turn the heat down low and cook for one more minute.

In a baking dish, cover the bottom with the mixture and top with a layer of crackers, then add another layer of the mixture and repeat until the dish is full.

Grate a chocolate bar over the top, let it rest for one hour at room temperature and then store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
