Put the sugar in a skillet and heat it until it turns into caramel, pour it into the molds and swirl so the caramel coats the entire inside of each mold well. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine the milk, eggs, sugar, almond flour and almond extract. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into the molds, place them in an oven-safe dish and fill it halfway up with water.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes.
