Chocolate Flan
If you're tired of the classic egg flan, you have to learn this chocolate version — a really interesting dessert to make, since it combines the super smooth texture of a flan with the sweetness of chocolate.

Step by step

Put the sugar in a skillet over medium heat and let it cook until the caramel forms. Pour into the molds and tilt them so it coats the entire inside. Set aside.

In a bowl, add the eggs and the sugar, and whisk.

Add the cocoa powder and the milk, and mix in well.

Pour into the molds and place them in a baking dish; fill it halfway with water.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
