Coffee Flan
Coffee is delicious, and you have no idea how much better it is as a flan! Nice and creamy, with chocolate chips on top — puff, so good.

Step by step

In a bowl, add the cornstarch and the water, dissolve and set aside.

In another bowl, add the instant coffee and just enough water to dissolve it, stir and set aside.

In a pot, pour in all the milk from the recipe and the sugar, and heat over medium heat, remembering to stir.

Once it boils, add the dissolved coffee and wait for it to come back to a boil.

Stir the cornstarch and water mixture and add it while whisking constantly until it returns to a boil, then lower the heat to minimum and cook for 1 more minute.

Remove from the heat and pour into serving glasses.

Let it rest for one hour at room temperature and then store in the refrigerator.

Decorate with white and dark chocolate chips. (Optional)
