Banana Flan
A twist on regular flan made entirely in the blender, with very few steps and the characteristic sweetness of banana that makes it an unforgettable dessert.

Step by step

In a skillet, add the sugar and just enough water to moisten it, and leave over high heat until the caramel forms.

Pour it into the molds and swirl them so it coats the entire inside well. Let cool.

In a blender, add the bananas, milk and eggs. Blend and pour into the molds, then place them in a baking dish.

Fill the dish halfway with water and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
