In a pot, add the sugar and heat over medium heat; once the caramel forms, pour it into the molds and tilt them so the caramel coats the entire inside. Careful not to burn yourself! Set aside.

In a bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the coconut milk, the sugar, and the shredded coconut. Whisk and pour into the molds.

Place the molds in a baking dish, fill it halfway with water, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
