Step by step

Put the sugar in a skillet and heat it until it turns into caramel, pour it into the molds and swirl so the caramel coats the entire inside of each mold well. Set aside.

Juice the oranges and set the juice aside.

In a pot, combine the sugar and the cornstarch and mix these ingredients together.

Pour in the juice through a sieve — just a little at first to fully dissolve the dry ingredients, then add the rest.

Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil, lower the heat to minimum and cook one more minute.

Pour into the molds, cover with plastic wrap touching the surface, let rest for an hour at room temperature and then keep in the refrigerator.
