Oreo Cake

Process the Oreo cookies together with the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Set aside.

Add the lemon juice to the cream, stir, and set aside. This is to curdle the cream.

In a bowl, add the cream cheese, the sugar, the vanilla extract, and the cream from the previous step, and mix until combined.

Add the eggs, beating after each one.

Fold in the Oreo cookies broken into pieces, then pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.

Top with broken cookies for decoration and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
