Tarta de Santiago
Tarta de Santiago is a dessert packed with almond flavor that's really simple to make.

Butter and flour the tart pans, then keep them in the freezer.

In a bowl, add the almond flour, the cinnamon and the lemon zest. Set aside.

In another bowl, add the sugar and add the eggs one at a time while stirring.

Pour in the contents of the first bowl and combine with the eggs and sugar.

Pour into the pans and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.

Sift powdered sugar over the tarts. (Optional)
