In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter and the sugar, and beat well until the mixture has a creamy texture.

Add the flour, preferably through a sieve, and mix until combined.

Turn out onto the counter and finish bringing it together with your hands.

Shape into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Slice the cookies to your desired thickness and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
