Cream Cheese Cookies

In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter and beat it until nice and creamy.

Add the cream cheese and the sugar, beating after each ingredient.

Add the egg and the vanilla extract, and mix them in.

Add the flour and the baking powder, preferably through a sieve. Add the salt and mix everything together.

Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Take the dough out of the fridge, shape it into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar. (Optional)
