Easy Oatmeal Coconut Cookies
For those who love coconut and oats, these cookies are very simple to make and don't require any complicated technique.

In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter, the white sugar, and the brown sugar, and beat until creamy.

Add the vanilla extract and an egg. Beat.

In a separate bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda, preferably through a sieve.

Continue with the shredded coconut, the oats, and the salt. Mix.

Combine both mixtures and beat as little as possible.

Form small balls with the dough, roll them in oats or shredded coconut to coat the outside, and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 14 minutes.
