In a bowl, add the sugar and the room-temperature butter. Mix with an electric or hand mixer.

Add the flour, the baking powder and the coconut. Mix again.

Add milk little by little until you reach a consistency where you can easily roll little balls.

Shape the dough into little balls, coat them with coconut on the outside and place them on a baking sheet, flattening them slightly.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
