Chop the melting chocolate into small pieces to help it melt. Place it in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Microwave again for 15 to 20 seconds. Stir and repeat the process if needed.

Drop the walnuts into the bowl of chocolate and lift them out, then set them on parchment paper. This will make them neat and coated with less chocolate. Optional: another way is to place spoonfuls of chocolate on parchment paper and set a walnut into each drop of chocolate, then cover them with more chocolate on top. This way they'll have more chocolate, though they'll come out less neat.
