Step by step

Cut the chocolate into small pieces.

Put the cream in a bowl and microwave it until it's close to boiling.

Add the chopped chocolate to the cream, let it sit a few minutes so it starts melting on its own, then stir.

Let it cool at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.

- 5
Once cool, whip it so it gets more body. (optional)
