Chocolate Sauce

In a pot, add the cocoa powder, the flour and the sugar. Whisk well, and once combined turn the heat to minimum and stir every few minutes to keep the bottom from burning.

Once it's thick, add the butter and mix it in. Remove from the heat.

Add vanilla extract and whisk.

Let it rest for one hour at room temperature and then store it in the refrigerator until you use it. If it gets too thick, you can warm it up again before using.
