Orange Sauce

Juice the oranges and pour the juice into a pot.

Set aside a portion of the juice in a glass and add the cornstarch; stir until it's completely dissolved.

Return the cornstarch mixture to the pot and add the vinegar, the oil, and the honey. Whisk.

Place the pot over medium heat and cook while stirring constantly; once it comes to a boil, turn the heat down to low and keep cooking for one more minute.

Remove from the heat and let it rest at room temperature.

Transfer to a jar and store it in the refrigerator.
