Mix the thick dulce de leche (pastry-grade) with the cream and stir. Microwave it in 15-20 second bursts so the dulce de leche is easier to dissolve. Tip: if the mixture turns out too runny, you can put it in a pan over low or medium heat and stir constantly for 10-15 minutes until it thickens up.
