Easy No-Bake Chocolate Truffles
Chocolate truffles are a delicious bite for kids and grown-ups alike, incredibly easy to make and, in this recipe, no oven needed! Soft, chocolatey, great-looking, and with only 2 ingredients — can you resist?

In a bowl, add the cream, microwave for one minute or until it boils, and add the chocolate cut into small pieces on top.

Let it sit for one minute so the chocolate melts on its own, then finish combining with a whisk.

Let it rest for one hour at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.

Form small balls with the mixture; you can help yourself with a spoon.

Decorate by coating them with whatever you like best — I used cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, and rainbow sprinkles.

Store in the refrigerator, preferably in airtight containers.
