No-Oven Chocolate Chip Cookies

    In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter and beat until it reaches a nice creamy texture.

    Add the white sugar and the brown sugar. Mix well.

    Add the egg and the vanilla extract, and mix.

    Incorporate the flour and the baking powder, preferably through a sifter, then the salt, and mix until combined.

    Add the chocolate chips and fold them in with a spatula.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

    Roll the dough into small balls and set them aside.

    In a pot over the heat, place a cookie cutter or something that works as a spacer from the bottom, and on top of it a mold or tart pan. Place one of the dough balls you prepared on top and cover with a lid. This will work just like an oven. (Shown in detail in the video)

    Cook until they start to brown, then remove.
