Walnut Cookies
For all the walnut lovers out there, I'll teach you how to make these beautiful cookies, loaded with chocolate and lots of walnut flavor.
Ingredients

Step by step

In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter, the white sugar, and the brown sugar, and beat until you reach a creamy consistency.

Add the egg and the vanilla extract, and mix until combined.

Add the flour and the baking powder, preferably through a sieve. Add the salt and beat.

Fold in the walnuts and the chocolate chips with a spoon.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet; top each one with a walnut for decoration.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
