Chocolate Chip Cookies
Is there anything more classic than chocolate chip cookies? Big and crunchy is how yours will turn out, and you can use either white or dark chocolate chips — something for everyone.

In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter, the white sugar and the brown sugar. Beat until creamy.

Add vanilla extract and one egg. Mix again until combined.

Add the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, preferably through a sifter. Incorporate well.

Add the chocolate chips and mix one last time.

Using two spoons, drop the cookies onto a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
