Chocolate Cookies Without Butter

In a bowl, add the brown sugar, the white sugar and the oil. Beat.

Add the milk and the vanilla extract, and mix them in.

Add the flour, the baking soda and the salt, preferably through a sieve. Mix to combine all the ingredients.

Add the chocolate cut into medium-sized chunks.

Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Shape the dough into small balls, flatten them and place them on a baking sheet, first lining it with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper so they don't stick while baking.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12 to 15 minutes.
