Rainbow Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you like M&M's, you have to learn how to make these cookies. The candy adds a really interesting crunch that, combined with the peanut butter, makes for a delicious flavor.
Ingredients

Step by step
- 1
In a bowl, add the flour and baking powder, preferably through a sieve. Add the salt and oats, mix until combined, and set aside.

- 2
In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter and the peanut butter. Combine with a mixer. Add the white sugar and brown sugar, and beat again. Add the vanilla extract and the egg. Beat one more time.

- 3
Combine both mixtures, mixing as little as possible to avoid losing the air in the batter.

- 4
Add the M&M's (or similar candy-coated chocolates) to the dough, saving some for the next step.

- 5
Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten them and decorate with the M&M's we set aside.

- 6
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
