Quick and Easy Chocolate Cookies
These cookies are more chocolate than cookie! Learn how to make this recipe if you want to satisfy your chocolate cravings once and for all.

Add the flour, the baking powder and the cocoa powder to a bowl, preferably through a sieve. Add the salt and set aside.

In another bowl, add the melted butter, the white sugar and the brown sugar. Beat.

Add the eggs and mix again.

Pour in the dry ingredients from the beginning and mix as little as possible.

Add chocolate chips. Fold them in with a spatula. (Optional)

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Decorate with chocolate chips. (Optional)

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8 to 9 minutes.
