In a food processor, add the cookies and process. Set aside.

In a bowl, add the cold cream and whip until it starts to thicken, then begin adding the sugar little by little while you keep whipping.

Add the cookies and fold them into the cream — not too much, to keep it from breaking.

Transfer to a piping bag and serve in the glasses.
