Strawberry Mousse
This strawberry mousse works both for decorating cakes and cupcakes and for serving in glasses and eating just as you see it.

Step by step

In a blender, add the strawberries without their leaves plus some water and blend. The amount of water doesn't matter — just enough so the strawberries can blend well.

Transfer to a pot over the highest heat until it boils, then continue cooking over low or medium heat until it reaches a thick consistency.

In a bowl, pour in the cold cream and whip it until it starts to thicken.

Add the condensed milk and our strawberry reduction. Whip again until everything is fully combined and serve in glasses. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
