Easy Banana Mousse
A little-known but really delicious mousse, super easy to make using only 4 or 5 ingredients.

Step by step

Peel the bananas, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Transfer to a skillet along with the sugar and cook over high heat, stirring.

Once the mixture has reduced and thickened, remove from the heat, add the lemon juice and mix it in. Set aside.

In a bowl, add the cold cream and whip until it thickens.

Combine with the reduced banana, folding as little as possible so you don't lose the air added while whipping.

Put the mousse in a piping bag and serve it in glasses.
