In a pot over high heat, combine the sugar and the water, wait until it's completely dissolved, remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

Pour the syrup into the blender along with the powdered milk and the vanilla extract. Blend.

Store in sealed jars, leave at room temperature for an hour and then keep in the refrigerator.
