    Butter and flour the cake pan, then keep it in the freezer.

    In a bowl, add the eggs and beat well while gradually adding the sugar.

    Add the vanilla extract, the oil and the milk while beating.

    Add the flour and the baking powder, preferably through a sifter. Add the salt and the lemon juice, and beat as little as possible, just until everything comes together.

    Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes.
