Strawberry Jam
Did you know that store-bought jams are full of preservatives? Avoid them by making your own at home with 100% natural ingredients.

Step by step
- 1
Cut the strawberries, first removing the leaves and then cutting them into tiny pieces. Transfer them to a bowl.

- 2
Add the juice of half a lemon and the sugar. Let it rest for an hour.

- 3
Sterilize the jars by placing them in boiling water for an hour, along with their lids.

- 4
Transfer the strawberries to a pot and cook over high heat until it comes to a boil, then lower to medium-low heat.

- 5
Cook until it reaches the desired consistency (keep in mind it will thicken as it cools), remove from the heat and transfer to the jars.
