Apple Jam
This apple jam is great for any breakfast or afternoon snack, and the good news is that it keeps for a long time in the fridge.

Step by step

Peel the apples, cut them up and put them in a pot. Add only 3 apple cores.

Add half of the sugar and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then add the other half. Leave it cooking over low heat for about 2 hours.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and submerge the jars for 10 minutes to sterilize them.

Halfway through cooking, remove the apple cores.

Fill the jars, seal them, let them rest for an hour at room temperature and then store in the refrigerator.
