Apple Rings
The best breakfast! Really simple to make, since they start from a batter similar to pancake batter that never fails.
Ingredients
Check off what you already have.
Step by step
- 1
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into rings. Set aside.

- 2
Add the oats to a food processor and process until you get a fine flour. Transfer it to a bowl.

- 3
Add the egg, the sugar and enough milk to get a thick batter.

- 4
Set a skillet over medium heat, add butter and cook the apple slices, dipping them first in the batter you just made.

- 5
Remove from the skillet and transfer to paper towels.
