Quick and Easy Banana Fritters

Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl.

Add the eggs, the sugar and the milk, mix until combined.

Add the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the nutmeg, mix again.

Heat oil in a pot until very hot and fry the fritters. Once they take on color, transfer to paper towels to absorb the excess oil.

Coat with sugar. (Optional)
