Oreo and Nutella Pancakes
If you love Oreos, you're going to fall for these pancakes — and with the Nutella they're an absolute treat.

In a food processor, add the Oreo cookies and process; transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Add the flour and the baking powder, preferably through a sifter.

Add the sugar, the salt and the processed Oreo cookies. Mix well.

Add the egg, the oil, the vanilla extract, the milk and the broken Oreo cookies. Whisk until fully combined.

Set a skillet over medium heat with butter, wait for it to melt and pour in some of the batter.

Wait until the edges start to brown, then flip it, cook for 2 more minutes and remove.

Warm Nutella in a water bath (bain-marie) so it gets runnier, and spread it over the pancakes. (Shown in detail in the video)
