Cheese Bread
This is a recipe we should all have up our sleeve, since it works both as an afternoon snack and as a quick lunch, thanks to the protein from both the cheese and the egg.

In a bowl, add the cornstarch and salt. Combine.

In a pot, add the milk and the oil.

Set the pot over medium heat until it comes to a boil.

Pour this over the bowl and combine with a spatula.

Add an egg and work it into the mixture.

Turn out onto the counter and keep bringing it together with your hands.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and work it into the dough along with the other cheese.

Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
