Quick and Delicious Flavored Bread Rolls
Flavored bread rolls in 3 delicious varieties: oregano, onion, and salami. Plus, once you learn how to make them, you'll be able to prepare them in whatever flavors you like.

Step by step

Cut the salami into small pieces and set aside.

Peel and cut the onion into small pieces, set aside.

Crumble the yeast over the room-temperature water and set aside without stirring.

In a bowl, add the flour and salt, then pour in the yeast, stirring it first so it dissolves well in the water. Mix inside the bowl with a spoon.

Turn out onto the counter and keep kneading by hand.

Once all the flour is incorporated, add the room-temperature butter in two additions.

Divide the dough into 3.

Add its flavor to each portion and knead until fully incorporated. Cover and let rest for 30 to 60 minutes.

Divide each dough into 6 and shape them into balls so they hold their shape while baking. (the shaping technique is explained in the video)

Place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
