Pita Bread
Making pita bread takes very few ingredients, and in less than 15 minutes you'll be eating them nice and warm. Delicious and super budget-friendly!

Step by step

Crumble the yeast over the water and let it rest (without mixing).

In a bowl, add the flour, salt and oil; stir the water with the yeast and add it in. Combine.

Turn out onto the counter and keep bringing it together with your hands.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.

Divide into 7 equal buns (you can use a scale to help).

Roll each one out with a rolling pin, remembering to add flour underneath and on top so it doesn't stick.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 8 minutes.
