Super Chocolate Cupcakes
What I love most about cupcakes is how simple they are, both to eat and to make. In just a few minutes you'll see how delicious these super chocolate cupcakes turn out.

In a bowl, add the flour, the cocoa powder and the baking powder, preferably through a sifter.

Add the instant coffee, the salt and the sugar, and mix well.

Add the egg, the vanilla extract, the water and the oil. Whisk until fully combined.

Line a cupcake pan with paper liners, and right before pouring in the batter, add the lemon juice to it.

Once the liners are filled with the batter, bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
