Blueberry Muffins

In a bowl, add the room-temperature butter and the sugar, and beat until you get a smooth, creamy texture.

Add the eggs and the vanilla extract, and mix until combined.

Add half of the flour and the baking powder, preferably through a sieve.

Add the salt and half of the milk, and beat.

Add the remaining flour and milk, and mix again until combined. Finally, fold in the blueberries.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners, spray with cooking spray, and fill with the batter.

Sprinkle sugar on top and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
