Caramel-Coated Coconut Balls
A treat loaded with coconut, nice and crunchy thanks to the caramel, with the unique sweetness that condensed milk brings. The moist coconut texture together with the caramel shell makes this recipe out of this world.

In a pot, combine shredded coconut and condensed milk. Mix well.

Set it on a burner over low heat and keep stirring until it dries out.

Shape into small balls and place them on parchment paper or a silicone mat.

In a skillet, add sugar and just enough water to moisten it, and heat over medium heat.

Once the caramel is ready, coat the balls, using a spatula and a spoon to help.

Leave them on the parchment paper or nonstick sheet until the caramel hardens.
